comment quickly made be realise that I would have to
find my own
cure. In
China, many teenagers take up the Martial Arts and usually go
for the more forceful styles that were popularised by the King
Fu
movies in the 70's. However, the downside is that they take a terrible
toll on your body. The movements go against the grain of how your body
was actually designed to move. By the time that you hit your early
30's, the damage starts to show. Many people ended up learning
Tai Chi due to its reputation for being able to help undo the damage.
It isn't just practiced by elderly people looking to improve their
health...... Tai Chi and these related Chinese
health systems are very effective. However, it takes
a lot of time and
dedication to get the best results. Over
the last 20 years, I studied a number of different Asian health and
self defense systems. What I didn't know at the time was that a proper flexibility regime is as
important to your health as much
